In Dream Land at Green Greens, Kirby and his friends were enjoying a nice day as he, Tuff and Celine played soccer while Tiff sits under a tree reading another of her history books just as Silica was nearby telling her something unexpected.

"Huh, Knuckle Joe's birthday is coming up?" Tiff asks as she turns her attention to Silica.

"Yeah that's right, don't you guys want to help?" Silica asks kindly as she sits down near Tiff. "We can fill up a room with balloons, presents and food and Joe will be ultra-surprised when he sees it all!

"We love too!" Tiff said as she then holds both of Silica's hands in a way of kind offer just as she then calls for the others. "Hay you guys, listen to this!"

After everyone came over, Silica had already told them about Knuckle Joe's upcoming birthday and wishes to throw a party for him.

"Sounds like a really neat idea!" Celine said after hearing form Silica.

"A party for Joe sounds great!" Tuff said feeling excited.

"Poyo!" Kirby said as he happily spin dances before stopping again.

"The birthday will be tomorrow, so we need to find a great place to celebrate it!" Silica suggested while everyone thinks.

"There is one place and it's in the castle." Tiff said as everyone listens. "The dining hall where the Waddle Dees have their lunch is only use at 12:00 to 1:00 at lunch time and for dinner at 5:00 to 6:00, so I think we can have the party there at night by 7. Everyone agree?"

"I'm in!" Tuff said with his hand raised.

"I think it's a perfect place!" Celine said with her hand raised.

"And so do I!" Silica said with a head node.

"Hi!" Kirby said with his tiny arms also raised.

"Okay then, let's get things stated right away!" Tiff said as everyone agrees as they all yell Yeah.

Everyone starts the organising right away as Celine decides to have Kawasaki make a birthday cake while Tiff and Tuff buy some party food with Lololo and Lalala helping them while Kirby and Silica buy other party goods such as balloons. Everyone also manages to get Joe a separate gift as Silica decides to give Joe something of her own while back at her place on another plaint as she searches through a box.

"There we are, these should do!" Silica said as she gets herself out of the box with two red armor shoulder pads in her hand. 'Not only was my mother a great warrior, but you too were as well, dear further! Let these be passed on to a great friend I care for!' she said in her head as she then takes a deep breath and smiles as she then prepares to leave for Pop Star again on her ship.

                                                               *Next Day, Castle Dedede, Waddle Dee Dining Hall*

On the next day at evening after all the Waddle Dees finished their dinners and leave, Kirby and everyone else arrives as they then begun to set things up for Knuckle Joe's Birthday party. As Tiff and Celine bring in a big speakers and a karaoke machine, Tuff and the Lola Twins put up decorations as Lady Like and Sir Ebrum put out food plats while Kawasaki cooks up all the foods for the party as the Cappy kids and Torkori help as well. Meanwhile, Kirby and Silica decide to blow up some party balloons in different colours as they tie them to string and onto something to hold them.

"Huh?" Silica said as she then notices a different colour balloon which was not the same as the others which was yellow and had a P symbol in the center. "I don't see any other balloons that look like this one. Maybe it's just a packing mistake. Oh well." She said as she then decides to blow it up anyway until suddenly the helium was puffed back into her body as she then was in the shape of a balloon and begun to flout upwards. "Err… This is not good!" She said as she wonders what happened.

"Poyo-poyo!" Kirby calls after seeing Silica flouting up as everyone in the room turns around and notices what was going on.

"Hay, look up there!" Celine said as she points to Silica high up to the celling.

"Help, I'm a blimp!" Silica shouts out as she had trouble controlling her inflated body.

"Silica, had this happen to you?" Tiff asks while calling out to Silica.

"This happened when I was blowing up a balloon, but then the air went back into my body like if that yellow balloon rejected me or something." Silica explains as everyone wonders how a balloon did it just as Kirby comes over and shows the balloon to the others as Tiff and Celine suddenly recognizes this balloon.

"You just blow up into a P-Balloon!" Tiff said in shock.

"This balloon is makes a person's body fill up with helium by touching it or blowing it up!" Celine said as she remembers who this thing works.

"Anyway we better get Silica down from there!" Tuff suggests since they need to get Silica back down safely.

"Leave to me!" Kirby said as he then sucks in some air and begins to puff jump his way up to Silica just as he reaches and grabs hold of her shoe as the two then begun to descended down slowly.

"Thanks there, Kirby!" Silica said for appreciating Kirby's help.

"Don't mention it!" Kirby said with a smile as he touches the ground while still holding on to Silica.

Suddenly, puff of smock pops out over Silica just as it then disappears and shows that Silica's body was now back to normal just as she lands on the ground with her feet.

"Whew… I thought I was going to stay like that forever!" Silica said with a breath of air as she felt relieved that she was back to normal.

"P-Balloons only last for a few seconds, so there was no need to worry!" Celine explains while walking up to her friend to see if she was okay.

"We should get the party ready soon!" Lololo said.

"If Joe arrives too soon the surprise will be spoiled!" Lalala said in little panic.

"Right, let's get done you guys!" Silica said as everyone gets back to finishing up the party.

Moments later, it was 7 O'clock as Knuckle Joe comes walking down the hall way with a blindfold raped around his head as Silica accompanies him by holding his hands while walking down the hall together.

"So… where are we going Silica?" Knuckle Joe asks while walking blindly.

"It's a surprise you Knucklehead! You'll see." Silica teases as she giggles and directs him just as they both soon reach a big door and open it as they enter a dark room. "Okay, you can take it off now!" She said as Joe does so.

Suddenly, the lights pop on as Party crackers burst with party tinsel and strings as Joe was shock to see what was going on.

"SURPRISE!!!" Everyone in the room shouts out happily as Joe was shock to see all this.

"Whoa! So what's all this then?" Joe asks looking a little nervous as he rubs his nose.

"It's your Birthday of course silly!" Silica said as she walks up beside him with a smile as Joe was so surprised that he couldn't get the words out properly.

Later after everyone had food and cake, Joe then begun to open his gifts that his friends got for him just as he was about to open Silica's last.

"What are these?" Joe asks as he looks at the gift Silica had given him.

"There my descendent father's armor shoulder pads. I thought maybe they help you out one day when in battle." Silica explains as Joe then decides to put them on now.

"These are great. I look really more warrior looking then before now. Thanks Silica!" Joe said as he blinks an eye at her for trust.

"Oh… it was no big deal… really!" Silica said as she then begun to blush a little.

"Hay Joe, do want to hear what happened to Silica today when we were setting up the party?" Tuff asks as Joe looks at him a little confused.

"AH! Now don't tell him! Come on Joe let's go!" Silica said in blushful panic as she then grabs hold of Joe's hand and makes a run for it.

"Hay where are guys going?" Celine asks as she and the others give chase.
